Adam Ehrlich

Baseball has shaped my life since I can remember, and my passion now is helping the next generation of players reach their full potential.

I played nine years of professional baseball, beginning as a 6th-round draft pick of the St. Louis Cardinals in 2011. I spent five seasons in the Cardinals organization, including a 2014 New York–Penn League Championship. I continued my professional career with four seasons in the Frontier League, where I was part of the 2016 Championship team with the Québec and was named a 2019 Frontier League All-Star with the Rockland Boulders.

During my playing career, I began coaching private lessons and club teams during the winter offseasons. I bring 11 years of youth coaching and private instruction experience, with a strong emphasis on individualized, one-on-one development. I’ve also spent four years as the JV Head Coach at my alma mater, Campbell Hall.

My coaching philosophy is built on physical fundamentals, a mental approach to baseball, building confidence that carries over into games, and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at the next level. I take pride in tailoring instruction to each athlete — meeting them where they are and helping them grow both on and off the field. Many of the players I’ve worked with now compete in top high school programs across the country, and several have gone on to play college baseball.

Whether through private lessons, clinics, or camps, my goal is simple:
to help players develop the skills, mindset, and love for the game that will carry them as far as their work ethic and ambition can take them.
